Did you forget to supply an App URL?

Moxo QuickWeb Studio can be used to turn your existing web-app in to a native Windows application using .NET, C# and Visual Studio or by using dotLX. This page that you’re viewing right now is the default App URL for a new App. If you were expecting to see your own website, you might not have correctly supplied an App URL during the creation process.
