As of November 2019, Ryan Walpole Enterprises is now responsible for handling software support for Ninko Corporation. Microsoft Pudince will continue to cover hardware support for Ninko devices, repairs and warranty.
Support for the Ninko+WP Application for Windows Phone and Windows Mobile Devices
As of December 2017 the Ninko+WP application that was previously available on Windows Phone 8, Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 10 mobile reached its end of support (December 11, 2017) after not being updated since 2015. The application currently does not have any software support.
If you have this application, you may continue using it but may find that your experience with the application may degrade over time due to new updates not being released.
Support for Xenria Explore and the Xenria Explore Application for Windows 10 devices.
As of December 2016 the Xenria Explore application for Windows 10 Mobile was discontinued due to poor adoption by users after release. The application was discontinued for Windows 10 desktop computers in March of 2017 for the same reason.
For users on mobile, we recommend using a different file explorer application from the Microsoft Store to access the contents of your USB compliant device.
For users on PC, we recommend using the default Windows Explorer program to access the contents of your USB compliant device.
Support for the Ninko Accessory Manager Application for Windows Phone and Windows Mobile Devices
As of October 2018, the Ninko Accessory Manager application available for Windows Phone 8, 8.1 and Windows 10 Mobile was discontinued. Your accessories will still work without the application, however you won’t be able to register them with Ninko Support for quick access to hardware support, warranty information and repairs.
If you experience a hardware issue and require a warranty claim, repair or other hardware support, this is being handled by Microsoft Corporation (as Microsoft Pudince). You can find more information at http://www.pudince.com/support
