Additions:

• Added some settings to GameOn Settings
  • Network Speed Limiter
    • Limit download and upload speeds for the application in kbps. This is available currently in GameOn Launcher.
  • Proxy Settings
    • Use a proxy server for network activity.
      • Option to inherit Windows 10 proxy settings
      • Option to fully configure a proxy from the application.

Bug Fixes

• Application no longer freezes when opening on startup on Windows 10 1903 builds.
• Application no longer tears when dragging the window around.
• Minor bug fixes.
